Four Days in Poland: February 2025

In February 2025, we spent four incredible days in Poland, immersing ourselves in history, culture, and gastronomy. Our journey began in Kraków, where we explored the historic Jewish Quarter, admired the stunning architecture of the Old Town, and visited the magnificent Wawel Castle, where we encountered the legendary Smoking Dragon. We also visited some of Kraków’s fascinating museums, diving into the city's rich past. The following day, we ventured underground to the mesmerizing Wieliczka Salt Mines, before witnessing the powerful history of Auschwitz and Birkenau.

Our trip continued in Katowice, where we explored its mix of industrial heritage and modern art, including visits to some of the city's museums. Along the way, we indulged in incredible Polish cuisine, from traditional pierogi to hearty local specialties, making this trip an unforgettable blend of culture, history, and flavors.
